Cancellation Policy:

During all courses we work in pairs and this is important so you can both give and receive the massage we have also spent time and money on advertising months in advance and our classes are very small (max 12). As a result we ask that you respect both our time and that of your fellow students and give at least 7 days notice of a cancellation so that another student can be given the opportunity to take your place. If for any reason you have to cancel, please give us at least 7 days notice in writing via email sdlondon@gmail.com or your course fee is non refundable. If you cancel and allow at least 7 days notice 50% of the course fee will be refunded. If you do not turn up on the day and you do not inform us your full course fee will be non refundable. Proceeding with your booking indicates your acceptance of this policy.
